As one of Victoria’s busiest public libraries, Balwyn Library is a powerhouse of community learning. It uniquely offers bilingual Chinese Storytimes alongside regular Baby and Toddler sessions for early learners. For school-aged kids, the popular Robotics Club and modern study zones provide a tech-forward environment for academic success. Weekly routine programs include Chinese Storytime (English and Mandarin) on Monday afternoons (4:00pm), Baby Time on Wednesday afternoons (2:30pm), and Toddler Time on Thursday mornings (10:30am). Older children (ages 8+) can also participate in the high-demand Robotics Club every Thursday afternoon (4:00pm).
